HRA at Farragut Fall Festival 10/22

Farragut Elementary’s biggest outdoor family and community event is almost here! Fall
Festival is quickly approaching! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 22nd
from 11am to 4pm in the green space behind the school. Again this year, we will have
our arts and crafts vendors selling their handmade items. Many of these vendors are
Farragut parents so bring your pocketbooks and wallets and shop and support these
crafty folks!
This fabulously fun-for-the-whole-family carnival is all run by Parent Volunteers. We’d
love to see new along with familiar faces join in to help make this an awesome day for
our kids and profitable for the school. Invite friends and neighbors to join in the fun.
We only hold two large event fundraisers a year – Fall Festival and Artworks!. So it is
important that this event, in addition to being fun, must be a good money-maker. So
purchase your tickets, eat lunch at the Festival, and shop the vendors!!! All the profits
go back to the kids!
Pre-sale tickets will be available in the front of the school before school and after school
starting Monday, October 17 – 21. In addition to purchasing advanced tickets you will
also be able to make early purchases on the new Fall Festival t-shirts. A new design has
been created for this year’s Festival. Again, we’ll have boy/men and girl/women style
shirts for sale. They will also be available for purchase during the Festival. Advanced
tickets will save you money. Tickets are more the day of the event.
All of the classrooms will have a booth again, plus the ever popular 5th grade Cake Walk,
and the Chili and Pie Cook-off and the Bake Sale booths.
Don’t miss HRA bands The 4th Wall, Jaywalkers, Rockfish, PRIVATE WASABI and Left Field all playing at the festival!
